Electric Yard Ramp–22000ib（HRES）

The Electric  Yard Ramp (HRES), is the special auxiliary equipment used for loading and unloading of goods. Using switching valves, HRES series is controlled by Electric motor and Manual pump to ridge the difference in height between the vehicle bed and the yard, where there’s no loading platform available.

Press the button of the Electric cabinet on the side of the ramp (or rotate pump release value handle counter-clockwise ) and let yard ramp settle slowly to its lowest position. Leave pumprelease valve open while yard ramp is being towed to prevent damage to the hydraulic system. Towing speed will be governed by prevailing conditions but should not be such as to cause severs jostling. Towingspeeds shouldnot exceed 10 MPH.OffRoadtowing mustbeaccompanied with appropriatesuspensionoption. The ramp clamp is intended for short towing distances. -Tow bars are intended for longer distances.

Operation isonly permitted on aleveland firm floor/ground surface. Thecylinder of theyard ramp must not bepressurized continuously after theyreach maximum travel. Thespecified load capacity must not beexceeded. The pump release valvemust not be closed before loading theyard ramp.  Do not back trucks up to and under lip of theyard ramp.  Thesafety chains must be released and placed securely on thedeck of theyardramp when it’s notused. Thesafety chains should beas tightand as horizontalas possible but allow forchange in vehicle height caused by shifting loads. Defects are to bedealt with competently as soon as theybecome apparent. Neverreach into movingparts. Onlyuse genuinespare parts.
